As an account executive, I get to leverage my experience as an in-house digital marketer to understand the problems HenkinSchultz’s clients have and communicate how our incredible team can solve them. I\'ve also had the privilege, at a relatively young age, to be a part of several nonprofit boards filled with talented individuals with unique skills and backgrounds. Through these experiences, what I\'ve found I can bring to the table is empathetic leadership. Listen. Put myself in their shoes. Listen again. Summarize what was said. Cast a vision. And let the people do what they\'re best at. Lastly, I fulfilled my Millennial dream of becoming a podcast host. Each week, my friends—Adam and Kiri—and I share a conversation with Lutheran theologians about the lectionary text being preached on Sunday. The conversations we share with the professors at Luther House of Study bring incredible insights to the passages I\'ve heard so many times throughout my life. Our listeners have shared their appreciation for the emphasis on the message of peace and hope.
