I am responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts and managing internal and external projects from initiation to completion.Account Manager Responsibilities- Manage a pipeline of 50+ lending partners- Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA\'s- Review documentation, clearing or creating loan conditions as needed- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, managing aged loans, etc- Move a seller\'s pipeline forward towards funding- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that positively impact customers\' experience- Assist clients by identifying their goals and directing them to best practices for obtaining those goals.Project Management Responsibilities- Coordinate project teams to push initiatives and objectives forward- Define and create the project plans, scope, objectives, and timelines with all relevant stakeholders- Ensure effective communication is kept between project stakeholders, internal team members, external vendors, and management- Track, measure, and document the status and performance of projects using specified systems and tools- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and other parties involved in projects.
