After earning my bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from University of Alabama, I began my career in construction as a Field Engineer with Hensel Phelps. Working in the field each day has given me the opportunity to learn firsthand how a project takes shape from the ground up, supporting the early phases of construction through surveying, site work, and day-to-day coordination alongside the project team.Before entering the construction industry, I gained valuable experience working with companies like Amazon and Mercedes-Benz. Those roles helped shape my work ethic and gave me an appreciation for the teamwork, organization, and attention to detail required for large operations to run successfully.I’m excited to continue learning in the field, building relationships in the industry, and growing my career as I contribute to bringing complex projects to life.
