   As part of a small international team, and working closely with the owners of the company, I manage the design and production of all packaging and print assets for a product portfolio encompassing over 50 LED fixtures and their configurations. My role includes:• Packaging and Print Design: Overseeing the creation of Spec Sheets, Installation Guides, Sales Sheets, Event Signage, Presentations, and other marketing materials, all while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring every asset adheres to high standards for precision and scalability.• Workflow Optimization: Developing scalable processes to streamline design efforts, enabling efficient collaboration across departments and accommodating the company’s growing product lines.• Brand and Digital Strategy Support: Contributing to cohesive designs that align with product categories and elevate our brand identity, while also supporting the redevelopment of the company website using BigCommerce and Pimberly to enhance our digital presence.• Event and Client Support: Designing compelling assets for trade shows, client presentations, and other high-visibility projects to strengthen our market presence.• Technical Expertise: Combining creative problem-solving with attention to detail to ensure technical specifications are clearly and effectively communicated in all materials.With a focus on scalable solutions, impactful design, and seamless collaboration across teams, I aim to enhance operational efficiency and help position the company as a leader in the LED lighting industry.
