Process/Execute and provide analysis for all shipment requests from our 450+ branches • Provide support to the field and carrier base if troubleshooting or problem solving is needed • Provide solutions to supply chain and freight inquires from the field and leaders of the company • Provide analysis to insure the supply chain and freight sectors are being as efficient as possible • Assist in the gathering of rates, setup and structure for various supply chain and freight projects • Proficient in Oracle EBS, Oracle TMS, Mercury-gate TMS • Complete tasks to ensure E-Commerce website is assigning correct ship methods (LTL, Parcel, etc.)
