Primary programmatic responsibilities include; solid waste contract management, solid waste outreach and education program management and development, solid waste division budget preparation, community recycling event program management, Adopt-A-Street program development and management, Hazardous waste program management, disaster debris plan development and implementation, solid waste grant management, presentations to City Council, solid waste policy development, long term solid waste department planning, as well as Public Works right of way projects including; local road safety plan development and contract management, speed feedback signs management, utility cabinet wrap program development and management, locking mailbox program development and management, permit parking program development and management, and the coordination and development of bidding documents for electronic solicitation to contractors on the Municipal Research Service Center roster.
