As the manager of a 16-court tennis facility and working in conjunction with the board of directors, I oversee both hard and clay court maintenance to ensure optimal playing conditions year-round. My responsibilities include implementing and coordinating tennis programs for both adults and juniors, tailoring instruction and training to suit various skill levels and ages. I also lead a team of tennis professionals, managing their schedules, performance, and payroll.In addition to day-to-day operations, I take the lead on organizing and executing club events, such as tournaments and social gatherings, as well as charity events that foster community engagement and promote the sport. My role requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, ensuring that every aspect of the tennis experience is seamless, enjoyable, and professional.
