Managing two teams (6 people on each)- Training, advising and consulting staff on CIS/DRC processes to ensure entries are correct- CIS Returns for 11 companies- Overseeing teamwork quality, ensuring that each person is happy within their team - Approving holiday- Authorising invoices over certain values- Approving GRN queries- Interviewing and recruiting new staff- Checking and authorising the weekly BACS, CHAPS and Inter-company payments, signing them off to be released- Weekly KPI’s and SLA’s- Staff performance reviews- Resolving complex issues and queries- Approving new supplier and subcontractor account packs that are being set up daily by the team- Driving continuous improvement regarding fraud internally
