I lead recurring forecasting for engineering programs over $25M, leveraging Excel, SQL, and Power BI to surface variance drivers, quantify risk, and provide decision-ready visibility for project teams and leaders. I also manage subcontractor commercial performance for 15+ vendors, tracking invoices, status reporting, and change activity to keep scope, cost, and schedule aligned.I’m especially energized by building better systems—recently contributing to Copilot Studio AI agent development and process improvements across vendor reporting, playbooks, and standardized project setup/closeout workflows.
