As a personal banker I am responsible to maintain and create personal relationships with our current and future clients. On a day to day basis, outside of my teller transactions and banker responsibilities, I have adopted the role of analyzing and presenting on our various, daily customer reports. This allows me to utilize my background in data analytics so that I can increase my role as well as branch productivity. While going to school full time and working 40-50 hours a week, this role has taught me how to maximize my production and hone in on my ability to compartmentalize.
