ABOUT MASON CAPITANI

Mason L. Capitani is a Managing Partner and a Principal of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International and Liberty Property & Asset Management. As such, he serves on the Executive Management Team that directs all aspects of brokerage and property management operations for the combined firms and he works tirelessly to build on the legacy that was put in place by his father and grandfather. During his tenure he has overseen a dramatic expansion in terms of market share and the scope of services offered by the combined companies. Today he directs a brokerage and management team that services over 20 million square feet of office, medical, flex and industrial properties exclusively listed or under management. In addition to his role in directing the firm’s daily business operations, Mr. Capitani is also a working broker. Initially licensed in 1988, he has facilitated many of the most prominent commercial real estate transactions in the region. Whether it is tenant or landlord representation or investment sales, he draws from his many years of experience to provide his clients unparalleled service in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Capitani is a past President of the Michigan chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and past President of the Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR). He is a Board Member and past President of the worldwide commercial real estate network, CORFAC International. Mr. Capitani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Law from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
