For over a decade, we’ve built elegant custom homes, waterfront retreats, vacation rentals and investment properties for a life-giving coastal experience.Duties/Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for multi-million-dollar multi-family luxury vacation rental properties.• Review and approve/deny invoices• Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee subcontractor work to ensure that it meets project requirements and quality standards.• Oversee personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.• Manage project costs by developing and monitoring budgets.• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.• Coordinate with property management teams to meet operational requirements.• Communicate project progress and status to senior management and stakeholders.• Identify and mitigate project risks.• Manage project closeout activities.
