Taking ownership of the Capital Structure processes to help the Tech team and Operations teams to drive the automation efforts, and tool enhancements and get the bugs resolved at the earliest.• Effectively organizing and conducting the prioritization meetings with stakeholders on enhancements/bugs and prioritizing the same by analyzing their impact from all aspects of efficiency, productivity, quality, and timeliness.• collaborating with multiple stakeholders in operations, technology, automation, documents, Project Specialist, Methodology, product, and calculations teams, etc.• Working to get tech requirement documents prepared and make sure to have proper test cases prepared after collaboration within the operations Team.• Building and Updating SOP & Workflow Policy Documents for the Capital Structure Process which includes the Debt Capital Structure, Equity Capital Structure, Stock Options Restricted Stock Units & Warrants, Total Shares Outstanding Teams.• Representing the Operations team in the various Sprint ceremonies like Daily scrum, Grooming, Planning, Review & Retro meetings to ensure timely delivery of committed items• Conducting UAT & Walkthrough sessions with the Operations team of the newly implemented features and handing over the implementations to the team • Tracking various action items which are an outcome of various stakeholder meetings and ensuring these action items are tracked, followed up with respective owners and completed.
