ABOUT MILIND SHENDE

Over the last decade, working across engineering, product development, and transformation environments, I’ve learned one simple truth: ’ —.My journey started in deep technical domains — microsystems engineering, IC design, and complex product development. Over time, I moved closer to what truly drives outcomes: how teams think, collaborate, and make decisions under uncertainty. That’s where Agile became meaningful for me. Not as Scrum events or boards. But as.Today, as an Agile Strategist. I support organizations, leaders, and teams in navigating complexity — not by imposing models, but by helping them discover what actually works in their context. • Building self-organizing teams that don’t depend on constant direction • Enabling leaders to shift from control to clarity • Creating environments where problems are surfaced early, not hidden • Driving improvements that are practical, sustainable, and measurable : • You don’t scale Agile by rolling out frameworks • You scale it by growing people and improving systems step by step I don’t believe in loud coaching. Some of the most impactful work I’ve done has been almost invisible. when teams start taking ownership, when leaders stop firefighting, and when systems begin to improve without external push. That, to me, is real success. I’m deeply interested in continuous learning — both professional and personal.’ : • Attending Agile conferences and unconferences • Exploring how AI can support Agile ways of working • Reflecting on life lessons that connect back to leadership and growth Because in the end, Agile is not just about work — it’s about how we live, learn, and improve every day.’, ’ : • Agile transformation • Leadership evolution • Building high-performing teams • Or simply trying to make things work better in a complex environment
