About Masha Rusanov

I spent over 20 years inside Bay Area tech companies, including Google and Intuit, watching communication break down when it mattered most. Under pressure, most of us collapse into patterns we never chose and rarely examine. I became the person colleagues came to when they were burning out, questioning everything, or trying to figure out what they actually wanted. That didn\'t feel like a career pivot at the time. It felt like paying attention.I\'ve since completed a Master\'s in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, earned certification as a mediator and ADR Divorce Coach, and hold an ICF-ACC credential. I\'ve published research on AI and the future of ombuds practice in the Applied Dispute Resolution Journal.I built my practice around one idea: most conflict — at work, at home, or in your mind — isn\'t really about the situation in front of you. It\'s about a pattern you keep dragging into every room you enter.Through my Exhale–Explore–Engage® method, I help people communicate with the high-conflict person in their life and protect themselves and the people they love in the process. It draws on negotiation theory, IFS-informed coaching, and somatic awareness.
