About Mashalle G.
As a talent acquisition specialist and corporate recruiter I am, and have been, responsible for the full cycle recruiting of corporate, technical, and field positions across the US. I currently work with hiring managers and the HR team, in and around the State of New York, to develop and implement effective hiring strategies, processes, and practices that align with our company\'s vision, goals and values. I earned my bachelor of art\'s degree in Public Relations and Applied Communications from California State University Bakersfield while serving as the Chapter Presidents of Iota Zeta - Lambda Pi Eta Honors Society and the Public Relations Student Society of America. I also served terms as a Director of Upper Division Affairs and a representative of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the California State Student Association. I currently leverage my skills in communication, collaboration, public relations and human resources along with my creativity and strategic mindset to engage and attract diverse and qualified talent for SP+. I recently acquired certifications in Six Sigma and Design Thinking, which enable me to optimize the recruitment workflow, enhance the candidate experience, and solve complex hiring challenges. My goal is to continue to contribute to the growth and success of organizational operations by finding and retaining the best talent possible. I am passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
