I am a passionate data analyst with experience working on a variety of datasets concerning healthcare, social media, geospatial and workforce information. I thrive as a team player - I enjoy training newer analysts, cleaning and extracting data to make it easier to work with, writing and maintaining accessible SOPs, and developing dashboards with the input of different stakeholders. I’m also an effective communicator with experience sharing the results of complex analyses with all levels of an organization from coworkers, internal and external business partners, as well as leadership. I’m comfortable with a gamut of tools from Excel and Power BI and proficient in data extraction, in addition to transformation and loading with SQL, R, and Python.

I lead all phases of complex research projects for MPG across policy areas. From intake sessions with clients, gathering business requirements, designing questionnaires, to programming surveys and analyzing the results as a team, I provide a gamut of survey research services. I also moderate focus groups, have conducted street interviews, and parsed a wealth of qualitative and quantitative data to provide clients with unique policy insights.I joined MPG from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, where I helped leadership inform workforce policy with data insights. Prior to MassDOT I held a variety of roles in data analysis in the finance, health insurance, and social media industries. I also earned a certificate in Data Visualization and Analytics from Rutgers University. I hold degrees in Political Science and French New York University and a Master’s in French Studies from NYU. I won the Prix France-Amérique for her Masters’ Thesis on Franco-American relations. I live in Somerville with my partner and our dog.
