ABOUT MASHA GLADCHENKO

As a Project Manager at SCIEX, a global leader in clinical and environmental analytical solutions, I lead multiple projects simultaneously on the sustaining business quilt, ensuring products are compliant with RoHS environmental standards. With over 9 years of experience in project management, I have successfully released a Cleaning Kit tool for customers, coordinated on-site testing and verification/validation activities, and steered cross-functional teams across India, China, Singapore, and California. I am passionate about learning what motivates and sparks excitement in a team to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget in a risk-taking and innovation-driven environment. I have a PMP certification, a Certificate in Project Management, and a Leadership Principles course from Harvard Business School Online. I excel at creating and maintaining a Design History File throughout the project lifecycle, running daily and weekly meetings, reporting on project status, leading critical design reviews, risk analysis, and quality control meetings, and assisting project managers in the release of clinical chemistry kits into North America and Europe markets. I also have extensive knowledge of project management processes and tools, and I am proficient in Russian, French, and English.
