I am an ambitious IT Analyst with over 5 years’ experience of working in IT Support & Service. Experienced in providing client focussed support and in successfully analysing and resolving IT hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Having worked in first, second and third-line teams, providing IT support in multiple verticals of IT I have been fortunate enough to build a wide knowledge on best practice working and true value-add service in IT Service and Support. I constantly aim to improve my skillset by taking online courses for Networking, Server Management and Hyper-V. I aspire to continue growing and building a strong career in IT Service industry. In addition to my technical accomplishments, volunteering as a Youth worker has equipped me with excellent communication and networking skills. I am looking for a suitable contract or permanent role as IT Analyst, one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.
