With a strong background in Oil & Gas and a passion for solving problems, I’m eager to leverage my experience solving complex technical and operational challenges in upstream oil and gas to deepen my understanding of strategy and create broader business impact.Before Ross, I led initiatives across Norway, managing multimillion-dollar service delivery, ideating and leading process improvement projects for Norwegian clients, and collaborating with 20+ stakeholders at a time. My journey combines solving complex technical problems with operational leadership, from designing comprehensive training programs as Project Lead to improving Schlumberger’s Knowledge Management System.I chaired LGBT+ Employee Resource Group, where I’ve secured CXO leadership buy-in, benchmarked company performance, and collaborated with global DEI leaders to shape more inclusive workplace policies.Now, as an MBA candidate at Michigan Ross, I’m focused on leveraging this expertise to create value in consulting and strategy-driven roles.When I’m not doing any of that, you’ll likely find me unwinding on a yoga mat, or making medleys out of Bollywood songs.
