I am currently on secondment within the AI for Social Impact team, part of EY’s Global Corporate Responsibility team, where I support the activation of high-profile global initiatives that harness the power of AI to amplify positive change across education, entrepreneurship and the environment.As a Manager, I have had the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate enterprise-wide workshops and support future state process improvements that drive meaningful change for our clients. I take a strategic approach to stakeholder engagement and enjoy helping teams collaborate effectively to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives. Beyond my work at EY, I am passionate about responsible AI and its role in advancing equitable and sustainable outcomes. At the Montreal AI Ethics Institute, we are dedicated to democratizing AI ethics literacy. I lead business development efforts and am proud of our bi-weekly newsletter reaching 20K+ subscribers globally. I am particularly interested in how ethical and inclusive AI can shape the future of work and empower communities globally.
