ABOUT MARZIO CEPPICI

I am a senior operations executive with over 25 years of international experience in energy and infrastructure. My background is rooted in engineering and large-scale project execution, and over time evolved into full P&L leadership across multi-country business environments. I have led complex EPC portfolios exceeding 600 MUSD, managed multidisciplinary global teams and operated in technically and contractually demanding contexts. What has consistently defined my role is the responsibility for results — not only delivery, but margins, cash flow and risk exposure.I have spent most of my career working where operational complexity directly impacts financial performance:– recovering execution-critical projects– stabilizing underperforming portfolios– strengthening contractual and risk governance– improving predictability in large infrastructure programsThrough these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in the broader investment dimension of infrastructure and energy platforms. In capital-intensive businesses, value creation is deeply connected to execution discipline.Return on investment depends on operational clarity, contract structure, governance and the ability to protect margins under pressure.Today, alongside my executive responsibilities, I am open to Operating Partner, advisory, CEO/COO and board mandates within energy transition, power systems, grid and industrial infrastructure platforms — particularly where operational depth can support investment outcomes.Execution is where strategy becomes tangible — and where capital is ultimately protected.
