Defines, owns and implements automation category & product assortment strategy to meet sales targets and business budget along increasing active customer base.\\\\n• Uses strong product/supplier management skills to take responsibility for the automation product development & data management.\\\\n• Leads the core range roadmap and responsible for NPI plan delivery in line with the agreed targets and legal obligations (Quality & Compliance etc) across all automation technologies.\\\\n• New brand sourcing, commercial terms negotiation, NPI selection, stocking proposal, marketing plan & activities execution to NPI sales and margin tracking / reporting.\\\\n• Analytically evaluates and interprets performance per each product area and drives actions to achieve sales targets.\\\\n• Gains technical and industrial components knowledge and expertise within distribution environment.\\\\n• Proactively develops partnerships and relationships with key strategic suppliers at a senior level (QBRs etc) to meet annual business plan objectives and exceed each brand sales targets whilst focusing on business strategy and budget goals.\\\\n• Strategically acts upon market trend indicators with commercial awareness to drive decisions that influence sales (shortage of components, supply chain issues and lead time extensions vs inventory value and stocking strategy etc).\\\\n• Collaborates with all teams, leading strategic projects within different business functions (Digital Marketing, Sales Team or IT Developers etc) to ensure website product page section is conversion optimised, and new suppliers or new technologies and services are brought to customers in a timely manner.\\\\n\\\\nAchievements:\\\\n• Top 20 key suppliers Sales growth improvement: July 2022 R12m +101%(PY19 -23%): Siemens, Schneider Electric, Phoenix Contact, EATON, Omron, Mitsubishi Electric, WERMA, FESTO)\\\\n• Leads 4 supplier trainings to European audience in 8 months (+50 Sales Team)\\\\n• KnowHow content HUB:\\\\nhttps://knowhow.distrelec.com/author/marzena-dobosz/\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
