About Mary W Stanton
I am the Chief Operating Officer for the Houston and Louisiana Offices, with oversight for agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, property management, project management, industrial and retail for the firm’s Houston business. I\'m responsible for the oversight of approximately 280 professionals and a portfolio of 7 million square feet of property management. My primary duties include direct responsibility for all business planning, overall product quality and delivery across the businesses, as well as client relationship management. My primary focus in this role is to establish a business development and personnel strategy targeted to grow the JLL enterprise. I\'m also charged with setting and maintaining the strategic direction of the business, and identifying revenue opportunities for other businesses of the firm.
