I have a proven track record of creating world class company cultures in Healthcare and Sports and Entertainment. After a successful 21 year career with the Tampa Bay Lightning where I lead the teams efforts to having the best Guest Experience among all professional teams, I transitioned into Healthcare. Now with Empath Health, the largest not for profit hospice provider in the US, my unique skills have re-engaged a challenged workforce. Through the implementation of targeted solutions retention, engagement and culture have improved greatly setting the organization up for continued growth and success.Throughout my career, my experience has focused on improving people, processes and team. Coaching, team building, experiential learning, and inclusive collaboration are my tools of choice. Innovation, outside the box thinking and continual improvement are part of my DNA.I also bring to the table experience managing a 20k seat venue and large events. In my past I had the privilege of leading the efforts for the 2012 Republican National Convention, 2018 NHL All-Star Weekend, NCAA Women’s Final Four, many concerts and Tampa Bay Lightning games.I create engaging trainings that elevate performance and enliven workforces.
