About Mary Shippy

I am a veteran executive coach that specializes in working with business leaders and personal clients in Transition. I got hooked on coaching when I found myself stuck in patterns and ways of seeing and being that were creating roadblocks to my own success. I attended classes and training which gave me knowledge, but weren’t helping me to make sustained change in my behavior. Working with a coach helped me to see what was invisible and started me on a lifelong journey of self-discovery and becoming more fully human in the world. As an Integral Coach I have witnessed in 100’s of my clients that the greatest movements in their lives have been about mindset shifting, perspective development, energy awareness and wisdom harvesting. I have coached executive leaders and been a global leadership consultant with a focus on leadership transition, team collaboration and alignment, multi-cultural management and both cross-cultural and executive communication. Having many years of experience, I have worked for diverse and niche organizations throughout the U.S. Over the last 15 years, I have worked with senior executives in U.S, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Prior to that, I held senior positions within several organizations.
