I update my buyer and seller clients with the necessary information to ensure that there are no unhappy surprises at the closing table. My clients will hear the good, the bad, and yes, even the ugly. It is the single largest investment that they will probably make and they need to be aware of all aspects of their purchase.Communication is key to a successful close but it encompasses more than just the client. There are many other parties involved in a sale of a home (other agent, buyer/seller, Title company, lender, home inspectors, etc.).
