ABOUT MARY ROBBERSON
I am co-founding partner of the law firm Robberson Schroedter LLP. After 24 years with Higgs Fletcher & Mack, I and Maggie E. Schroedter, also a former partner of Higgs, have founded our own boutique business law firm, which is officially launching on June 1, 2021. My practice continues to focus on commercial business litigation and cross-border business litigation (Spanish-speaking countries). I have also added Mediation services to my practice. As a bi-cultural, Spanish-speaking woman with nearly 25 years of experience as a lawyer, I look forward to contributing and adding diversity to the world of mediation. The international aspect of my practice involves representing both U.S. and foreign clients in U.S. lawsuits. The gamut of my experience includes successfully litigating disputes for my clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, beginning with jurisdictional and forum related-issues through trial and judgment enforcement against domestic and foreign defendants. I have substantial experience in the areas of alter ego and successor liability. My practice has included a successful published opinion before the California Court of Appeal and expert witness testimony before the Beit Din, which is the West Coast Rabbinical Court. I present at various informational seminars to assist the Latin community, including, in the past, co-hosting a radio show on the Univision radio station Recuerdo on 102.9 FM. I am admitted to practice law in the United States Southern, Northern, Eastern and Central District Courts of California. I currently serve on the Board of Governors for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
