   As the EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Director of Recruiting in the US, I lead and coordinate the efforts of teams that deliver campus, experienced hire and executive search services. TAS is a global organization within EY, driving over $3B in revenue, with more than client serving professionals. It is a highly diversified business, with multiple competencies organized around ‘The Capital Agenda’, working on a broad range of transactions including buy-side and sell-side, serving top tier private equity firms as well as strategic corporate clients. Our US TAS recruiting teams hire M&A professionals who are working on deals making ‘front page headlines’.Throughout my career with EY, I have served in a range of roles including individual contributor and team lead, working across all service lines within the firm, nationally. My experience includes providing strategic recruiting and talent market planning and execution for new, emerging practices; recruiting in support of growth in mature and well-established businesses; as well as talent market insight and search capabilities focused on inorganic growth opportunities and pursuits. I’ve been challenged to stretch and learn and enjoy the daily rewards of working with bright, talented and committed teammates and clients.
