Accomplished strategic consultant, board advisor, former 3-star general and CIO, with deep expertise in strategic planning, enterprise risk oversight, transformational technology, and governance. As HQ USAF Director of Intelligence & Cyber Effects, oversaw a multi-billion dollar air and space intelligence and IT portfolio and a workforce.
