About Mary Niedermeyer

I have had the honor of serving at CAPI (Communities Advancing Prosperity for Immigrants) in various positions and watching the organization evolve over the past decade. Now, as Chief Executive Officer, I strive to continue CAPI’s long legacy of service and advocacy in immigrant and refugee communities. I love building capacity and sustainability through developing practical and efficient processes and systems that work. While being a driver of results and focused on impact, I also love people. I am a connector and believe that authentic relationships are the foundation of everything; without true understanding and collaboration, nothing meaningful is accomplished.As a Korean American adoptee, I am grateful for the many AANHPI leaders that have come before me and for the opportunities I have had to learn from and with them. I hope to continue this journey, raising up leaders alongside me, as I continue to grow as a community leader, mother, partner, daughter, and friend.
