Day-to-day owner of projects from inception to completion. • Manage multiple projects – primarily digital initiatives • Map out project plans to establish both internal and external expectations and continues to manage said expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Work closely with Traffic and Operations team to determine resources, aligns schedules and ensures all necessary departments are included • Communicate to the internal teams on a regular basis about project statuses, potential risks or obstacles, planned milestones and budget implications • Monitor the project budget on a regular basis, updating team members when applicable • Clearly outline all project requirements and deliverables • Produce project documentation when necessary • Create realistic project timelines and holds both internal and external teams accountable to specified milestones • Assist the appropriate resources to put together estimates for Account Management • Attend, participate and lead necessary internal meetings, including team statuses • Regularly monitor budget reports to evaluate efficiency and profitability • Train and manage client deliverables in content management systems and collaboration tools • Review and ensure project deliverables meet specified requirements
