My career has evolved from a traditional path in architecture to sales leadership within a design-build remodeling firm. At each step, I’ve intentionally sought opportunities to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility—both within my roles and through continued education and leadership development.That commitment is rooted in a desire to be the best version of myself, and in the belief that personal growth directly shapes how we lead, collaborate, and support others. I’m motivated by work that challenges me to think critically, listen carefully, and show up with clarity and intention.Along the way, this has included pursuing an MBA while working full time and continuing to invest in leadership and personal development.
