With the acquisition of Alpheus Communications, LOGIX will roughly double both its revenue and EBITDA. More importantly, we will increase our fiber network assets by 4.5 times. The combined company will serve over 12,300 enterprise and carrier customers with a complete portfolio of data, voice and data center services. With over 5,600 route miles and fiber miles (mainly in the Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio markets), LOGIX can more effectively compete with the large national players while offering our superior local customer care and client support.
