Managing the Implementation 4 projects in Initiative 3 of the Cyber Security Strategy and ‘book of work’ to support Thames Water to achieve their target maturity levels (for both IT and OT) as measured against the NIST Tiering Levels, They provide a structured way to measure the effectiveness and sophistication of an organization\'s cybersecurity practices. To ensure compliance with the 2028 e-CAF requirement (set by Ofwat), To achieve “ALL GREEN” by 2030 we must reduce the risk of intrusions, and consequent OFWAT related penalties.Projects in my initiative were:• Manage Detect Response – Implemented the Adarma Manage Detect Respond Service to provide 24 by 7 monitoring of the estate• Vulnerability Management – Upgraded the Tenable.io vulnerability tool to Tenable One, rolled out Tenable agents across the entire estate and introduced a unified process for handling Vulnerabilities via a Tenable ServiceNow interface.• EDR Expansion – Managed the delivery of an EDR solution on all servers and endpoints• SIEM Expansion- Managed the identification and delivery of logs from all Servers and endpoints to Sentinel to be picked up by the Adarma Manage Detect Respond Service
