I am a highly effective senior healthcare practitioner, with an extensive knowledge of health promotion, having worked on various local health promotion initiatives.My expertise in primary care lies in my ability to operate as a \'generalist\'. I provide complete episodes of care for all of my patients, caring for others with a wide range of medical problems and health care needs. This encompasses the provision of high-quality care for patients whose issues fall within: urgent/acute episodes, long-term/chronic conditions, health promotion and public health.I work with complete autonomy alongside a group of GPs, applying my ability to assess, prescribe, refer patients to both secondary care and exterior agencies offers choice to patients of all ages. In this post I have shown that my management and organisational skills are fully effective, this was reflected in the patient survey organised by the Bexley Care Trust (BCT). I work within the practice team to continually raise our standards of care in line with local and national agendas.
