Initially employed as Manager of Presentation, in 2016, I was given the additional responsibility of managing all communication and translations for retail.Responsibilities include:• Managing all communication from H.O. to and from stores and the retail field team• Managing translation of all documents for stores into German, Polish and Dutch• Developing Visual Merchandising and Communication strategies to ensure consistentency in implementation throughout Europe• Liaising with all other Head Office departments to ensure projects, seasonal launches and promotions are launched promptly and correctly• Producing promotion and visual guidelines and weekly communications to stores in 6 countries for 2 banners• Managing a team of 9 people • Manage the Communication print and travel budgets
