I have practiced civil litigation and appeals in California and Florida. My current practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, including representation of banks and lenders in loan work-outs, commercial foreclosures, property owners in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation, landlord tenant disputes, trust and probate litigation, and real estate disputes, as well as, a continuing emphasis on civil appeals.I am a past President of the Manatee County Bar Association, and I served as Vice Chair of the 12th Judicial Circuit Attorney Grievance Committee. I am a 20••••10 Leadership Manatee Graduate.
