Scientist in Computational Biology and Translational Data Science, currently focusing on target discovery and validation approaches from multi-omics and real world evidence clinical datasets. I apply both traditional statistical analyses and machine learning-based algorithms to clinical and non-clinical data to discover new targets in the context of disease mechanisms, to unveil biomarkers of prognosis and response to therapy. My experience includes implementation of novel computational methods for target identification, biomarker discovery, drug repurposing, and multi-omics data integration. Hands-on experience in next generation sequencing analyses, and statistical approaches. Strong biological, cardiometabolic and immuno-oncology background. In-depth omics data interpretation. Currently developing network biology and GNN approaches for precision therapeutics and drug development applications.
