As a Senior Global Business Process Owner and Project Manager, I specialize in streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and driving digital transformation and digitalization across different cultures and functions.Throughout my career, I’ve led significant projects (as either project manager or subproject manager) — from SAP rollouts to warehouse management implementations, organizational redesigns, and topics related to supply chain management (SCM). I thrive in fast-paced environments where cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration is key, and I’m the go-to person when teams face challenging problems that need solving.
