Lead multi-year,$21.4M federally funded climate workforce initiative (EDA Good Jobs Challenge) across 10+ institutions and CBOs statewide. Manage relationships with 40+ cross-functional stakeholders, including community colleges, universities, CBOs, employers, and federal officials. Represent the organization at national convenings (EDA 2024 & 2025), showcasing project leadership and implementation strategy. Spearhead coordination and compliance across 32 forestry and wildfire training programs in California. Direct all partner onboarding, quarterly goal tracking, and benchmarking for program delivery and placement outcomes. Oversee grant performance metrics and fiscal compliance for all partner invoices and contracts. Built AGSPrime data system, reviewing 600+ data points per cycle to ensure accurate reporting and program outcomes. Co-lead Forestry Ambassador initiative and developed ForestryPathways.org to expand student awareness of high-demand climate careers.
