As the Global Enablement Principal within the Snowflake Services Delivery organization I built the framework for the professional services enablement program that supports 600+ resources globally; collaborating closely with regional leaders across EMEA, AMS, and APJ to identify critical training needs and translate them into impactful enablement strategies. I deliver value by- managing the new hire journey within the Services Delivery organization; including training registration, facilitation, workshop delivery, and content development. Successfully onboarded 250+ new hires globally in 2025- designing and producing a wide array of enablement assets, such as training modules, videos, and one-pagers; including management of our division\'s LMS and content pages to ensure seamless access to resources- leading the end-to-end planning and implementation of five annual Global Tech Summit events across EMEA, AMS, and APJ resulting in over 500 resources being up-skilled on AI, Migrations, and Openflow. This encompasses logistics, leading content teams to develop both technical and non-technical agendas, overseeing budget, and coordinating all communications- spearheading and implementing the first-ever PS & T Women\'s Summit in 2025, a key initiative aimed at retaining and developing diverse talent- partnering with a 3rd party consulting firm to develop and deliver the \"Consultative Mindset\" workshop on a rolling basis to over 700 new hires and existing resources across the global services division; significantly enhancing client engagement capabilities- contributing to operational initiatives that improve processes and tools, including leveraging AI productivity tools to improve efficiency and core skills across teams.
