My Job at Ryan: I lead Strategic Recruiting at Ryan. This team recruits and seeks out senior leadership talent (Game Changers) in Tax. We are Executive Recruiters and Talent Scouts. We love Ryan and we love what we do - all day, every day! Strategic Recruiting resides in Corporate Development, M&A. Ryan has a robust Talent Acquisition Team who resides in the People Group.As a leader, I lead and build high performance recruiting teams and transform existing teams to be more productive in experienced hiring and campus recruiting. I believe in re-engineering and developing best practices in recruiting and hiring processes. I have worked as a full-cycle executive recruiter in leadership and as an individual contributor. I work with business leaders to achieve their business objectives through talent acquisition and developing talent through implementing executive talent management, on-boarding, and retention programs.
