I have been coaching and consulting for over 20 years, with a strong focus on developing elite basketball players and leaders. My expertise in team building, leadership training, and strategic planning allows me to guide teams to reach their full potential and compete at the highest level.As a Co-Founder of USNBA, I am committed to empowering future scholar athletes to excel both on and off the court. Our innovative program combines classroom and court time, leadership development, and personal accountability to provide a holistic approach to developing well-rounded athletes. Through my background in athletics and leadership, and using my IGNITE management system, I create a culture of excellence and growth for our athletes and coaches. My mission is to inspire and enable the next generation of world leaders through basketball.\"
