ABOUT MARY KATHERINE HOLLAND MCNEILL
MK McNeill is an educational professional whose experience extends from the corporate world to the classroom and whose skillset and passion lies in helping people work better and more efficiently. With Masters degrees in both Organizational Psychology and Education, MK has a broad base of business and educational experience and operates frequently at the intersection of the two disciplines - focusing on educational aspects of HR including employee relations and engagement, workplace training, conflict resolution and hiring. MK is also a licensed teacher in New York and Pennsylvania in both Special Education (through 12th grade) and Elementary Education. Experienced in best practices for elementary literacy programs, she is trained in early intervention strategies, applied behavior analysis (ABA), curriculum design, and coordination and delivery of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Passionate about special education and Autism Spectrum Disorders, she is especially interested in supporting and contributing to neurodiversity employment in the workplace. Based in West Chester, PA, MK is a mother of 3 who spends a lot of time cheering on her children, who are competitive Irish dancers. She also loves to read (her Kindle is one of her most prized possessions), bike and run. A dedicated and creative scrapbooker, she’s captured more than two decades of memories in 60 scrapbooks and counting.
