Created and maintained over 500 plus documents currently housed in the Claims Operations User’s Manual- Assisted in the development of the electronic document request form and supporting report mechanism- Developed a language translator and currency converter for foreign claims- Analyzed, designed and documented new pricing software for the Claims Department- Designed and implemented the Contract Clarification process for the Claims Department- Facilitated the deployment of all quarterly updates to the pricing software used to adjudicate claims- Assisted in the functional design specification of the electronic platform for submitting requests for Claims Methods and Procedure Area- Actively participated as a team lead for the Health Net One Methods, Procedures and Workflows Group- Participated on several Health Net One National Business Consolidation Teams.
