Lead the developing, planning, directing and evaluation for post-secondary success, transfer and completion for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Latinx, first-generation college students and disproportionately impacted students at Cañada College. Provide director level oversight for the Federally funded Title V, Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), Federally funded Title Asian American, Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution grants and Foundation for California Community Colleges AANHPI Student Achievement Program funds. Responsible for developing and managing programs and partnerships with 4-year institutions and manage the operations of our Colts-U Transfer Center. Supervise and evaluate full-time, part-time, and hourly staff. Lead and participate in research, assessment and report preparations required by the Federal, State, College and District.
