ABOUT MARY HEALY

I help organizations take their next leap forward when they need to evolve, reposition themselves, enter new markets, or scale something for the first time. My work starts with a deep understanding of market and customer realities, crystallizing where value truly lies, and then designing the strategy and operating foundations needed to deliver it. I am most often brought in at inflection points when leaders need clarity on what to do next and how to make it real.Over the course of my career, I have built teams from the ground up, strengthened existing ones during periods of change, and led transformation work across healthcare, life sciences, technology, retail, financial services, public sector, and media. I have done this work across consultancies, high growth companies, creative agencies, and large global organizations in the U.S. and Europe, including hands on leadership roles in London and Prague. Those experiences shaped how I think about culture, context, and what it actually takes for change to take hold inside complex organizations.I am most effective when strategy needs to be reimagined and grounded in reality, balancing long-term direction with the constraints and opportunities of execution. My work spans launching new functions, resetting enterprise direction, identifying avenues for differentiation, and aligning leadership teams around priorities, decision making, and follow-through.Much of my work sits at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and long term value creation. AI is reshaping how decisions are made, how teams operate, and how organizations create value, yet many leaders are still navigating how to capture that value responsibly and at scale. I partner closely with executive teams to explore where AI truly matters, build or reimagine capabilities, and put the structures in place to support durable impact.I do my best work in environments where the future is still being defined and where leaders value builders who can design the organization required to achieve what comes next.
