I get to serve our operations and administration teams at Artisan as a Human Capital Business Partner, helping them with both their day to day talent needs and overarching talent strategies. In addition to HCBP responsibilities I also have the opportunity to use my expertise to impact firm-wide training & development, diversity & inclusion, associate engagement & retention, early talent development, leadership development & support, remote associate engagement, associate motivation, and team dynamics. Currently hyper-focused on Artisan\'s successful evolution to a hybrid work environment & culture.
