Transaction Advisory Manager and Masters of Accounting graduate with a concentration in Enterprise Risk Management at North Carolina State University. I am a former triple-major student-athlete with a B.S. in Accounting (Financial Analysis concentration) and B.A.\'s in International Studies (Latin America concentration) and Spanish Language & Literature. I am a highly determined emerging young professional with strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills. After passing all parts of the CPA exam in November 2020, I joined BDO\'s Audit and Assurance practice out of their Raleigh office. In December 2021, I became a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina. At BDO I gained experience senioring audit engagements for public and private companies in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Tech space. I joined GHJ\'s Transaction Advisory Services practice in January 2023 where I support buyers and sellers\'s objectives from a strategic and transactional perspective throughout all steps of the M&A process, with a particular focus on the Food & Beverage sector. I am continually seeking financial and accounting developmental opportunities and job-related experience.I help food & beverage companies unlock value through strategic transactions. With a background in transaction advisory and financial due diligence, I specialize in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises with a focus on maximizing outcomes and minimizing risks.My experience spans partnering with entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporate acquirers to evaluate growth opportunities, streamline operations, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making. Having advised both buyers and sellers across the food & beverage sector, I bring a deep understanding of industry dynamics—from shifting consumer preferences to supply chain complexities and margin pressures.As a former Division I cross country and track athlete, I’m passionate about distance running and now enjoy both training for and racing marathons.
